Participation Terms And Conditions

1. Participation is open to everyone, regardless of age, race, religion or level of ability.

2. Participants under the age of 18 must obtain permission from their parents or legal guardians. Young children must be accompanied by an adult.

3. Participants must be in suitable health to complete the 5 KM route.

4. Participants with existing medical conditions are advised to consult a doctor before taking part in the event.

5. This event is a non-competitive fun run. Participants may run, jog or walk according to their respective abilities.

6. Participants must wear the official event T-shirt or suitable running attire throughout the event. Participants must arrive at least 30 minutes before the flag-off at 6:30 AM.

7. Participants must follow the official route and comply with all instructions given by the marshals, safety personnel and event organisers.

8. Participants are responsible for their own safety and must show respect towards participants with autism, persons with disabilities, children and senior citizens.

9. The use of language, clothing or behaviour that insults or disrespects autism, neurodiversity or any individual is strictly prohibited.

10. Bicycles, roller skates, scooters and motorised vehicles are not permitted on the route unless prior approval has been obtained from the organisers.

11. Baby strollers and mobility aids are permitted, subject to the suitability and safety of the route.

12. Participants must maintain cleanliness and dispose of all rubbish in the designated bins.

13. By participating in the event, participants consent to photographs and videos taken during the event being used for documentation and promotional purposes.

14. Registration fees are non-refundable if a participant fails to attend. Any changes due to weather conditions or safety concerns shall be subject to the organisers’ decision.

15. Finisher medals and participant kits will only be distributed according to the requirements and collection period determined by the organisers.

16. All decisions made by the organisers regarding the safety and conduct of the event shall be final.

1. How do I collect my Race Kit?

After completing your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with a unique QR Code via Step.deals. Simply present your QR code at the collection counter at Agape Centre Sibu on 25 November 2026.

2. Can I change my T-Shirt size after registering?

T-shirt sizes (XS to 4XL) are confirmed upon registration. The final cut-off for shirt orders is 31 October 2026.
